You can exchange your size, model, or color free of charge within 15 days of receiving your order. Just follow these steps:

1. You must contact us by email at info@nomadicstateofmind.es or by phone at 933 513 202.

2. In the email or call, you must specify your order number, the sandal you want to exchange, and which one you want to exchange it for.

3. If the amount between the first and second order does not match, a payment or refund will be made to settle the difference.

4. Place the product you wish to exchange in the original shipping bag and seal it properly.

5. Provide the product you wish to exchange to the MRW carrier at the time of delivery of the new order.
Except for the Canary Islands, which is done by Post Office.
In the Balearic Islands, delivery and collection will be made separately.

You can return your order within 15 days of receiving it. Just follow these steps:

1. Log in by entering your username and password.

If you made your purchase without creating an account, you must contact us by email at info@nomadicstateofmind.es or by phone at 933 513 202.

2. Access your order history and select the purchase that contains the item you wish to return.

3. Send a message indicating:
- The reason for the return.
- The account number where you want us to make the refund.

4. Place the product you wish to exchange in the original shipping bag and seal it properly.

5. Send the package via MRW to the following address:

Indicating that it is a shipment in charge of Nomada Sandals SLU

6. If you select home pickup, hand the package to the MRW carrier. If you select a drop-off location, take the package to the nearest MRW location.

7. You will receive a confirmation email when we receive your package.

8. We will refund the order amount less shipping costs:

• Peninsula: €12
• Balearic Islands: €16
• Canary Islands: €25
• Ceuta and Melilla: €30

9. You will receive your refund via bank transfer. It may take up to 10 business days from the time of shipment to receipt of the refund.
